Celebrate the season with movement, music, and joy! Our Soulful Girls Club Holiday Barre Class is a fun and festive way for girls to connect, move, and build confidence in an inclusive and supportive environment.
Led by instructors at Soul Purpose Wellness Studio, this class is designed for teenage girls with intellectual + developmental differences. Girls will enjoy gentle barre exercises, holiday-themed fun, and the chance to bond with friends.
✨ Limited to 10 participants (confirmation coming soon — sign up early to save your spot!)
✨ A Soul Project staff member will be on-site to supervise and ensure a safe, welcoming experience
