We've Got Answers

Can I cancel my monthly gift?
Absolutely. You can cancel, pause, or change your giving level at any time through your Donorbox donor portal — no penalties, no questions asked.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes! The Soul Project is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You'll receive a receipt each month through Donorbox.
How is my gift used?
The largest portion of monthly giving supports Soulful Girls Club — ensuring that teen girls with intellectual and developmental differences have free access to community and confidence-building experiences.
What happens at the Annual Gala?
All active Be a Light donors at the time of our gala are honored with a flame pin in their tier color, featured on our Recognition Wall, and celebrated alongside our community.
Can I give more than $150/month?
Of course — Soul Light is our highest listed tier but we gratefully welcome any amount. Contact us at hello@thesoulproject.org to discuss a custom giving arrangement.
