A powerful afternoon of mindset, movement, and motivation!

Join Coach Kristie and Coach Jet for a 90-minute Soul Power Play workshop designed to build both physical and mental strength in girls ages 8–12.

Girls will engage in a strength and conditioning session, followed by interactive mindset work. This session is designed to help them tap into their inner strength, embrace challenges and setbacks, and focus on their process & progress. Participants will leave with practical tools to grow in both mental and physical strength, while building skills to reframe challenges and increase their self-trust.

Join us for our next Soulful Girls Quarterly Field Trip, a special event created for ALL Soulful Girls of all abilities—whether you're part of our Soulful Girls Club or regularly attend Soulful Girls Workshops, this one’s for you!

Hosted at Stardust Gym, this fun-filled field trip is designed to bring our community together for movement, laughter, connection, and confidence-building activities in an inclusive, supportive environment. Girls will have the opportunity to explore, play, and bond with new and familiar friends in a space where they can truly be themselves.

This is a drop-off event open to girls of all abilities ages 7 and up. As always, The Soul Project staff will be present to supervise, support, and ensure that every girl feels celebrated and included.
