Kaitlynn Norwood

Life Coach, Therapist, Educator, Podcast Host & Your Confidence Hype Woman

Kaitlynn brings more than 10+ years of experience as a mental health professional to her coaching practice. Through her own motherhood experience and mental health background, she came to understand that women struggle beyond parenting their children… women desire a life where parenting, working, passions, and BEING; all intersect.

Kaitlynn specializes in helping women find more joy, create confidence and tap into their identity, beyond being a mom. Her solutions focused coaching style is rooted in HEALING and positive psychology, making working with Kaitlynn feel easy, yet effective.

Kaitlynn is also a mom to two daughters who are her biggest teachers. Her experience with life coaching has helped her create a life she is obsessed with and aims to inspire other women to do the same!
