Soulful Girls Club
At SGC, we create spaces where teen girls with intellectual and developmental differences feel a true sense of belonging. Here, they can build lasting friendships, enjoy fun and healthy activities, and discover the joy of trying new things. With encouragement and connection, our teens grow in confidence while creating meaningful bonds that last.
Soul Power Play
We empower adolescent girls through wellness, movement, and mindset experiences that build confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. Through workshops, fitness, and coaching, they learn to embrace challenges, celebrate individuality, and thrive.
Thrive
We create spaces where women can prioritize their emotional well-being and personal growth. Through supportive workshops and coaching circles, we offer both connection and challenge—inviting women to step into self-discovery, align with their deepest values, and unlock their full potential. With courage, clarity, and joy, they learn not just to grow, but to thrive.
