11/3 Soulful Girls Emotional Enrichment & Empowerment Workshop 4:30-6pm

Soulful Girls workshops create a brave space for girls to develop the tools and empowered beliefs they need to thrive. Here they will discover they are innately worthy and wildly capable and gain the skills they need to live value-driven lives, rich in healthy and meaningful connections. Soulful Girls workshops help girls become more self-aware and resilient, so they can make healthy relationships, set boundaries, follow their passions and take values driven action. Here, every girl is seen, heard, and celebrated. When girls believe they matter, anything is possible! Girls who believe in their innate value are more inclined to speak up, challenge themselves and others, fearlessly pursue their passions, and make healthy choices.
